As a business owner you probably agree that if you have a plan, it is easy to carry out the task. Video is no different. There are three essential parts to every single video you do.
The Structure You Must Follow
- Call to Action(CTA)
Watch the Video
The Intro – This is basically your video introduction.
This part of your video needs to be concise but tell your viewer who you are and what you are going to talk about.
For example: I am Vitoria Castro, founder of Dominate video Marketing, today I am gonna talk to you about planning your video…
You don’t want to go on and on about you here. Just few seconds introduction is all that is needed.
The Middle – This is the where you talk about what you said you are going to talk about at the beginning. I know it is a ‘no brainer’ but some people forget it!
Here you are going to share valuable content. Giving value is so important for many reasons:
- Have an engaged audience
- Repeat visitors to your channel
- Showcase you as an authority on the subject
- Great for your personal brand
- People are more likely to follow through on your instructions
This brings us to the …
YOUR CALL TO ACTION (CTA)
The End – This is where you wrap up the video and give a Call To Action.
Examples of call to actions:
- Like this Video
- Subscribe to my Channel
- Make a comment
- Click on the link below
- Sign up to receive your free report, training, video, etc!
You may want to have more than one call to action, but don’t overwhelm your viewer with too many.
Remember these 3 parts when you plan your next video! And with that said, I am at the last part of this blog post and I have a question for you (or a call to action!) :)!
What kind of plan you follow with your videos? Please leave them in the comments section below.
This is Vitoria Castro and I’ll see you on the next videos!
